Grip socks are required for your safety and to maintain the cleanliness of the studio. Don’t have any? Not to worry, they are available to purchase here at MELT.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you book a class and do not cancel within the 12 hour cancellation window, you will be charged $15.00 for the class. Clients can cancel on MINDBODY app. If you just can not make the class you signed up for and would like to take the class at a different time on the same day, you can switch your time slot without losing a class as long the new class has space and is not waitlisted by calling the studio. If you are a no-show there will be a $25.00 charge for the class.

If a class is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or package. If you are on the waitlist and do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email or text confirmation.
We will allow you to enter the class up to 15 minutes late.If you are later than that you will be considered a No Show and you will lose the class credit.We understand things happen and you might be running late, in that case PLEASE call and let us know.
Late Arrival
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days to the studio. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags.

If you are new to MELT, please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to sign our waiver, get a tour of the studio, meet your instructor and get a demo of the machine.
