What should I expect in a class?

New moves & new words, there’s a lot to take in, but you will be fine we promise. Everyone did their first class at one point. Our instructions are fast-paced but on a slow 4-6 count per movements. We encourage you to listen to your body, so feel free to take a break when you need it. YOU will shake, but this is good! It means your fatiguing your muscles and you will rebuild them or TRANSFORM them in a lean strong way!

Get ready to dance and sweat and MELT the calories away!!! In a Versaclimber class our instructors take you through a rhythm paced yet challenging and fun class, following the rhythm of the music.  No rhythm no problem its all about having fun and MELTing off those calories.

How many days a week should I come to class?

MELT’S workout is designed to fatigue your muscles so that you receive the maximum results. In order to do this, it is important for your body to recover. Everyone’s body recovers at a different pace depending on your fitness level and nutritional routine. We recommend taking classes 3-4 times a week, but some clients love the workout so much they come 5 times a week. The most important thing is to listen to your body and let your muscles rebuild so you can see the amazing changes.

Will I be sore the next day?

The next day it is normal feel tighter and a little sore. When you see your body change like no workout has done, you will come back for more and more. Even if you've never been a "workout" person. This workout will change your mind.

What fitness level do I have to be at?

 The Lagree Method offers an intense workout, it’s also low impact and appropriate for people at all levels of fitness. You will perform exercises on Lagree’s Megaformer M3, which is uniquely designed to maximize the impact of your workout. The VersaClimber has zero impact and since it's with your body’s own momentum you can work at your own pace.  Both machines are perfect to adapt to any fitness level and will surely give you a fat MELTing, sculpting experience!

How may calories will I burn?

In a MEGAMELT you can burn up to 700 calories a class with a after burn of 38 hours.  Then you have the CARDIO+SCUPT which uses the Versaclimber the most effective cardio melting machine in the market and the Megaformer which combined make it more of a calorie MELTing workout. In the CARDIOMELT class you can burn an average of 22 calories per minute or more than 600 calories in just 30 minutes!

How many people are in each class?

There is a maximum of 7 clients. The small private class allows instructors to hold clients responsible and help with individual needs.

Can I take classes while pregnant?

YES! At MELT, we have modifications for pregnancy. Ultimately, we recommend you listen to your body and do what feels safe. 

What are the age requirements?

All clients must be at least 14 years old.
