OUR APPROACH

  • Our 45 minute class utilizes specialized strength training machines equipped with a variable spring system, ensuring exercises are gentle on joints while maximizing effectiveness across all muscle groups. Each exercise is executed with deliberate slowness and control to specifically engage slow-twitch muscle fibers.

  • The method emphasizes key elements such as range of motion, resistance and counter-resistance, tempo, and time under tension, effectively fatiguing muscles for optimal results. It promotes the development of long, lean muscle tone and is particularly focused on enhancing core strength.
